The Kumu Kīnānā is responsible for designing and delivering specially designed instruction (SDI) aligned with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans. Adapting curriculum and providing inclusive support across settings to meet diverse learning needs while integrating Hawaiian culture and school-wide practices.

Hawaiʻi Teacher K–12 Special Education License required.
