The charts above reflect the percentage of our students who are proficient in reading and math. These assessments are done three times a year and are recognized as: Beginning of the Year (BOY), Middle of the Year (MOY), and End of the Year (EOY). The schedule for these diagnostic assessments can be found on our school calendar. These are ideally completed within two weeks to ensure accurate data is collected to provide sufficient time to plan and implement RTI or MTSS, submit progress reports to our school leadership entities, and most importantly, to better serve the academic needs of our students.

Students in Upper Elementary, grades 3–6, participate in mandatory state assessments each year, during the last quarter of school. The results of these assessments are included in our Title I reporting. Having students participate in our local assessments three times a year has proved to greatly prepare our students for the SBAC, NGSS, NAEP, and WIDA Access for ELLs assessments. You can also find the schedule for all of the assessments our haumana participate in within our school calendar.
